they often ask u in a job interview, abut ur caracter and want answers for too many Q including, 1- how can u solve the problems that r facing u with ur colleagues and clients. 2- why the company/organisation should be choosing u, what can i say to convince the interviewer. 3- why i am taking the decision to leave my country and work overseas?
