My nephew is 16 and trying to get a job. He is very shy naturally and did not get a single job after 4 interviews last summer. He just had his first one this year yesterday and told me that he thought he messed it up again. I offered him all the advice I had before hand but I don’t think it helped him much. I am no good at interviews either – I only got my job because I am very specialized, my interview was not work of art . Does anybody have any advice as to what to say in an interview and what answers they are looking for? Thanks – we appreciate all help. Thanks again.

I was at an interview and of course I did not think about the questions they may ask me. I am a college student just trying to find an entry-level job. The mananger interviewing me asked me, “Why do you think I should hire YOU!?” And I answered, what I thought a reasonable answer could be, but I want to know what is the best anwer. Thanks.
