I will ge graduating with a bachelors in finance in May. I’m kind of nervous at job interviews and I hate behavioral job interview because they put you on the spot and you dont know what to expect. What are some behavioral questions employers will ask? What’s the best way to prepare for one and what do you do when they ask a challenging question in which you cannot apply yourself to it or just plain out stuck and dont know what to say?

Interview answers for weakness & strenght my interview is Friday what do you think?
My strenghts, I work exceptionally well in a fast paced enviroment if I’m asked to do something its guaranteed to get done and to the best of my ability. Personally, I always say that my weakness is expecting myself to excell in every way possible. I can’t think of a weakness that would hinder my job perfprmance.
How long after a job interview should I wait before I give up?
I had a fantastic job interview two weeks ago today. After the interview, the hiring manager said he would send me some information for our final interview. At that point, I told him I wouldn’t be available until the 26th of May (tomorrow). He said “okay” and walked away.
I haven’t heard anything from them at all. I called the recruiter who works at the company and left her a voicemail asking for the hiring manager’s contact information so I could send him a “thank you” letter. She did not return my call, so I emailed her about five days ago. Nothing.
I’m starting to think I didn’t get the job. Should I just move on, or should I wait? The interview was OUTSTANDING, so I felt really really good about this opportunity.

I have been invited for an interview at a college where I applied for Advanced Business Administration Level 3. I’m kinda nervous and I already have a rough idea of the questions they are gonna ask but I’m getting stuck when it comes to the answers. Here are some of the questions;
1. Why did you choose this course(and what influenced your choice)?
2. What have you found out about the course so far?
3. Do you have a particular career in mind at this stage?
4. What personal qualities do u think u need for that career?
5.What would u say are ur strengths and weaknesses?(educationally and personal qualities)
6. Do u have any hobbies or interests which are relevant to ur chosen course?
*And also what career path can Business Admin take me on?
