Could you give me sample answers to these interview questions?

Interview questions for clerical jobs. Need suggestions for good answers for these.

1. We are interviewing several people who have skills we are looking for. Why should we hire you?

2. What did you find difficult in your last job, and how did you overcome it?

3. What would you do if your boss gave you an assignment that you had no experience in doing?

4. How do you prioritize your workload?

5. Your co-worker is not doing their job and is frequently late. What would you do?

6. How do you ensure confidentiality and security pertaining to paperwork, files, and computer access?

How can a person who is afraid of job interviews go about finding a job?

The person in question has been unemployed for several months due to fear of job interviews. They have avoided looking for work for that very reason. They get too nervous at interviews, and therefore perform poorly. Is there a way for a person to find a job without having to interview for one?

Btw, the person is just looking for regular f/t or p/t work (e.g., work in a store, or a restaurant, etc).

I nee help with job interviews for a waiter position. What are 3 problems and how u fixed them?

I keep getting asked what are 3 problems that you have experienced and how you resolved them? What are some good examples of how to answer this one. I haven’t really had too many problems. I’m somewhat new to the restaurant biz and I’ve been working at a cafe for 3 months now. However, I’m not making the bucks that i need. Anyway, they’ve asked me this question on job interviews and i never know how to answer it.

How does an inexperienced person answer the usual interview questions?

I have an interview in two days and I am so nervous and stressed. I have been searching endlessly for ways for an inexperienced person to answer interview questions and all of these websites say to mention skills (I’m great with people: friendly..idk what else), and past job experiences. How do I say I’m not so experienced without giving my job to someone else? Oh yeah, the job is to whiten teeth at a smileBright location. Any answers specific to that would be great. Thanks, and Get Back SOON Please!

How much do they really check in job interviews?

I have an associates degree from a community college as well as three certificates that has to do with my associates degree. I was wondering when I go on job interviews, besides stating it on my resume, do I need to bring my associates degree with me? Or do they verify that on their own to where they call the school? Or do they not check at all? I just want to be prepared. Any answers or opinions will help. Thanks!
