Question by juwann24: Group Interview for a Best Buy that is opening soon?
I just finished a group interview for Best Buy. The G.M. told us that if we got the call for the Group interview that means we did pretty good in our 1st interview.During the interview i wasn’t as active as i xpected. It started with our intro. and i introduced myself stating my name age and my current volunteer work. then they split us up into 3 groups of 5 n gave each of us a product 2 try 2 sell. I was about the 5th one to present, i believe i didn’t do very well cuz i left out some stuff about my product, but i didnt look down at the sheet that they gave us like many others did.And finally they gave us a little project to do which was to build a tower with ballons, again in my group i wasnt the leader, but instead was the one putting the support on the ballons. After that they asked us if we had any questions, only 3 people asked,n i wasnt one of them.
1. About how many people that attend, are hired(there was about 15 where i was at
2.Might i have a chance 2 get hired.b honest
they told us that the group project thingy was so that they could see how we worked in a team. during that i was pretty active by putting tape and talking to my team on what to do. but i dont know if they caught that.
