Question by ALP: What’s the best answer when asked in a job interview what my greatest weaknesses and strengths are?
Best answer:
Answer by That’sAmore
Weakness: Being too much of a perfectionist. But try not to say that directly since a lot of people use that line. Think of something more creative to say.
Strength: Being a great team player but can also work on your own and be a self-starter
Employers value an employee that can work well with the team but can also work individually as well. Versatile might be the word I’m looking for. At least this has been my experience.

Question by Video_Production: In a job interview, what is a good answer to “What is your biggest weakness”?
I don’t want to say the typical ” I like things to be perfect..etc” It just seems that it must be used in interviews often.

I don’t think there is a good answer to that question. Maybe they just want you to be honest, so pick something you think is a weakness of yours, but will not jeopardize your chance of getting the job.
Mine personally is multitasking, but I would not recommend that one.

Question by Serenity: How long after an interview will you take a drug test? ?
I am pretty sure that I have the job, but will they do it after the interview or would it take a few days to review the application, etc? I know that they only test you if you are offered the job. Thanks in advance!
PS-Insults will be ignored!

It’s likely that they’ll refer you to a clinic to get tested after being offered the job. If it’s a large company, the interviewing manager/store manager will have to fax their notes on the interview to corporate headquarters to be reviewed and approved, which could take a couple days to be processed.

It can take up to a month. You need to press for verbal confirmation and a start date. The paperwork always follows as their HR team take time as in most companies HR is the weakest link

Question by Barricade: How long should I wait after applying for a specific job at an job agency?
I know that if you apply directly to a company, if 2 weeks passes by, chances are, they will never call.
How about if you apply for a specific job at a job agency? I notice they tend do things faster. What’s the longest to wait? I feel that after 1 day, they probably not gonna call. Am I wrong? How long to wait?

Answer by Ramon
1 week is more likely
but if there was a deadline date in the ad, then you can expect to not hear anything right up to and past that date.

I’m getting picked up from my volunteer job and am getting picked up in an hour! They just called and said we could fit you in today so my mom is bringing me my black ballet flats and khaki pants. Does that sound right for a job interview?
