Question by Whitney: Job interview question: What is your biggest weakness?
I have an interview at Aeropostale tomorrow.
When an employer asks a question like “What is your biggest weakness/What are your 3 biggest weaknesses and how do you deal with them?” how should you answer?
I’m honestly stuck on this question and don’t want to have a brain freeze if they ask me tomorrow. Anyone who has had experience answering this question please help!? I need some examples because how I’ve thought of it in my head always makes me sound bad…
Thanks!

Question by Maya T: How long should I wait after turning in a job application?
Yesterday I applied at two places, PetsMart and the movie theater. How long should I wait before they would call me back or I call them? Also, what type of questions do they ask at a job interview? Thanks!

You should wait for a week and try to call them about your application. You want to show them how you are dedicated how you want the job.

I am 17 years old and this will be my first interview and I applied at Best Buy as a person who answers questions for customers about movies, games, computers. I want to know how to dress, what questions to expect, and I hear that they have 3 interviews, is that true? Thanks.

If you got your foot in the door then you are probably already in. Just keep your excitement level high and dont be afraid of a little brainwashing. The last interview is with the general manager and is mostly a formality.

Question by King Wide Receiver: How long should I expect a phone call after my job interview?
It went well ( I’m pretty sure ) I answered everything truthfully, I told the manager what he wanted to hear apparently.
He asked for my name and number again because he didn’t have my application, or apparently lost it, which wasn’t a good sign to me as far as management goes.
But I gave him my name and number and that was it after the interview, how long should I wait and expect a phone call?
When should I call back?
I had the job interview Sunday 2 – 8 – 09
It wasn’t a phone interview by the way, it was in person.

I’d pick pharmacist anytime.
that’s just me.
however, for you, considering your other reasons, getting married and such, I’d suggest veterinarian. its more family like, if you can handle animals, you can handle your kids (well, you know what I mean right?) get a clinic on your own, open 9-5, off on weekends.. blah blah blah
for salary, I am not really sure?
