My nephew is 16 and trying to get a job. He is very shy naturally and did not get a single job after 4 interviews last summer. He just had his first one this year yesterday and told me that he thought he messed it up again. I offered him all the advice I had before hand but I don’t think it helped him much. I am no good at interviews either – I only got my job because I am very specialized, my interview was not work of art . Does anybody have any advice as to what to say in an interview and what answers they are looking for? Thanks – we appreciate all help. Thanks again.

Descibe yourself. I very easy-going; I get along with people very well. I’m adapable; I work well in different types of environments and with different types of people….. I’m always eager to learn something new to challenge myself. And I always stay optimistic.
