Femme Fatale asked:

I am currently not happy at my job which I have only been at for a few months, and I have an upcoming job interview for a new company. I know they are going to ask me why I am leaving my most recent job. what would be the most delicate yet efficient way of answering that question without getting penalized for being at my job for such a short period of time?
