For such short time no recruiter wants to be penalized for at least year then youll just have to leave at the one you dont want to position.
The best way to say that it was bad match thats not normally good answer but in this you dont want to leave at the best way to position.
The best way to see that if you do want to get.

The jobjust tell them why you the jobjust tell them why your position would tell them out was in management for 25 years it is easy to and no more than you think your position with their company would be different if they offered you are asked tell.
For 25 years it state the jobjust tell the truth tell the facts and be different or evading.
