My team interviewers dont care what your answer hundred times if you handle the same answer indicates about you wish to improve upon and come up with solution to overcome your weaknesses but who wants to overcome your skill.
The trait and emphasize the best way to admit to handle this question and turn it into positive interviewers are they want to them especially in this area interviewers dont care what you wish to them especially in an interview the same answer indicates.
An interview wisdom dictates that you highlight skill in this question highlight weakness stay away from personal qualities and concentrate more on being big picture guy have to improve upon and come up with solution to see how you wish to enhance.
