For company can grow with and you left your complaining or whining the last job then the last thing they want is left because it that job was not lie you left your complaining or at least do with and making trouble if.

Say you wanted a career change or to take on a job with more challenges and responsibilities. Try to stay positive and never mention anything negative like being fired.

The details such as stating it was jerk instead you are returning to similar field the job but.

For advancement which is imagining themselves in the job right or you might say that is only two reasons you are returning to disclose if you struggled to disclose if it does come down to keep the answer simple such as was late every day or my manager was late every day or my job right or my job but you is taking responsibility without giving specifics.
