  1. Wow, you seem to have a lot of questions on Interviews! (checked your other questions as well) Have you tried practicing the answers in front of the mirror!
I interview people, so always do your homework on the company that you’re going to. It shows the interviewer that you’re interested. I’m not going to give you the answers, because if you come up with them (your own words), it will make it sound more natural and genuine.

  2. I’d recommend reading KNOCK EM DEAD by Martin Yates. Excellent resource for interviewing. Covers how to dress, shake hands all the way down to the negotiating process for salary/benefits, etc.

All the questions you listed would be considered in the book plus many more.

  3. Answer the questions honestly based on your life experience. There is no one right answer. The employer will make their determination as to whether you fit what they want by your answers. Unless you know the interviewer personally there is no way you can know exactly what they want.

  4. 1. After reviewing the job description I feel that my skills not only meet but also exceed the requirements of the position.
    2. Dealing with irate customers can be quite challenging but its the challenge that makes a job worth doing. With that in mind I tackled each customers issue individually and resolved them in a timely manor.
    3. First I would mention my lack of knowledge to the supervisor but advise him also that i will not let him down if the task is to be mine. Then I would identify my deadline and delegate the first portion of my time to research and practice. Once I felt I could successfully preform the task I would put full effort into it.
    4. Quality above Quantity
    5. The best thing to do is to mention the situation to your supervisor and let them Handel it.
6.Most work places have policy’s and procedures for paperwork and computer access. Its my duty to follow those policy’s and procedure to a t so that confidentiality and security is maintained

  5. well here are some answers:
    1) You should hire me because I have the skills/experience neccesary for the job.
    2) you can say something like a group project or a budget plan you made and you found a way to save money or improve something, employer’s love that kind of stuff.
    3) you can ask for help or let them know that way, they know you are honest and not there to waste time and damge their equipment.
    4) Say you write it down or you do the more difficult or task that need to be turn it soon on time and the other one before they are do or the easy ones last.
    5) You could talk to them and try to help them out so they won’t lose their job, telling the manager all the time make you look like a whistle blower.
    6) you can tell them you can put somewhere safe witha passcode or something like putting on a seperate disk so no one will see it and know about it but you and your supervisor.
    I hope this helps.

  6. 1: I not only posess the skills needed for the job but I also have determination to get the job done in an ordally fashion..I am punctual, good at organizing my time and consistant in my routines.

2: I found that I had a hard time saying No! to co-workers until I realized that it was starting to interfer with my home life….I then started carrying around a memo book and when asked to take on extra I would tell them that I would have to check my calander and get back to them…When my co-workers realized that I wan’t such a pushover they stopped trying to walk all over me.

3: I would research it and ask for help from somone that had the experience.

4: I write down what is the most important task at thand and the deadlines involved.

5: First ask to speak with your co-worker they may not be aware that they are slacking off or they may have other things going on in their life that you may not be aware of, that may be all you need to do to help them get back on track…if that didn’t work then it would be in your’s and thier best interest to speak with a supervisorso niether of you get behind on your duties.

6: I would make it a reminder that all information within the agency is confidential and that it could not be discussed or left for public viewing due to the Privacy Act. I would also add that violating the Privacy Act could result in imidiate termination and the offender could face litigation action….I would assure there would be a locking mechanism or password depending on the nature of the storage that only certain individuals would be able access.
