Never worked there, never knew anyone who did (personally), but a second interview in most places means you’ve impressed them enough that they want to see you again. Good luck!

It means you made it past the first interview.
In the corporate world I have heard of people having 5 interviews. For the job I have now I went through 5 but I did them all in the same day going from one person to the next, but sometimes they schedule them on different days due to the schedules of the people interviewing you.
