Question by Jo jo: Interview question: strengths & weaknesses?
What do employers want to hear when they ask about this? What weakness can I say without being TOO honest? I have an interview on tuesday and have been warned they will ask this question.

You’ll learn not to divulge any “weakness” except to turn it into your favor. 1) Devotion to your work, will not quit until its perfect. (You are a perfectionist) 2) If people are doing a task that could be done faster or better, you’ll jump in to show them how to do it faster. (You are a born teacher/sharer) Get the idea?

Being honest is important, but you can use it in a good way…as dusty mentioned, try to find a weakness that is not really weakness…e.g. being to nice to people…
