Weakness being stubborn
Havnt overcome it yet.Its and ongoing battle that i work at everyday
Have a family? Dog,cat? personal interests?
Where do u see your life in 5yrs?

!. Tell them you least offensive weakness. Don’t say get angry easy. Say..have little patience with stupidity instead or something like that. They do not want to hear you get angry easy! Or say I sometimes judge people before I meet them. I try and step back and rethink what I thought about them.
2. The basically want to know what your plans for the future are. If in school, what are your plans once out? Do you have ay hobby’s or help out at shelters or anything like that. Are you a family person?
#. What is you long range plan for life? If this is a school related job, how do you see this helping you get ot that goal. if it’s just a job, to get by, what do you see yourself doing years done the road.
This is only my opinion of what these questions mean. But I have had to hire people before.

The generally accepted answer to questions asking about your weaknesses or ‘negatives’ is not to avoid it, not to lie and not to say you work too hard. Try and find a ‘weakness’ you may have that you have been working on. Answer the question along the lines of. -My last job didn’t give me much opportunity for presenting. I know that making presentations improve with practice and experience so I do take any opportunity I can to make presentations and I have taken a recent course in public speaking to help me improve. Maybe there will more opportunity in this role for me to hone my skills.-
Basically you identify a weakness (not a big one) but make most of your response about how you are improving yourself.
