The best answer for weaknesses it to say something positive but in a negative way. For example, “I am very detail oriented, which I have found may aggravate those that may be less so”, or, ” I can be a bit of a stickler for rules, while it may not bother some people to be 5 or 10 min late, it is not something I approve of” . Good Luck

Just say you always welcome any questions and comments that will better your skills and improve on your weak points. As for strengths and weaknesses, that’s hard to say because I don’t know what you do, but basically you always want to focus on your strenghts and very little on your weaknesses…if any at all. Even if you are terrible in a certain area, you don’t want to let them know that. Be confident and if you don’t know the answer to a question try to get more information from them on the subject as far as where you can learn how to do the thing in question. Good luck

I handle constructive criticism with an open mind. I take them as opportunities for improvement in my work and if applicable with my personal life. These actually help me realize some weaknesses that I have, and thus am able to make the next steps to turn that weakness into one of my strengths.
