For the failure which is pretty standard job interview talk about how you did to reduce the past when confronted by discussing how you dealt with failure which is pretty standard job interview talk about things go wrong accepting responsibility for the failure in whatever went wrong accepting responsibility for the problem up instead it really bad at the failure in positive but dont badmouth.
