okay so i got an interview tomrw. im not to nervous. but i just want to be prepared on whats going to be asked and what not at the interview. My friend also has the same interview at the sam time. Ive read on here that theres group interviews at aero? i assume thats whats gona happen cuz our time is at 2:30pm. But how many other people would be there interviewing too? ive gotten down the nice interview outfit. Im just nervous now cuz my friends my competion. idk. what if you worked there before please help with anything that could be helpful in my situation. Btw ive bn looking for a job for 3 months. This is my first call back. And i was so excited i about cried.

Be prepared.
They will throw all kinds of questions at you! Here are the top most asked interview questions:
1. Why do you want to work for Aeropostale?
2. What are your strengths?
3. What are your weaknesses?
(always tell them that you are working on your weaknesses and hope to achieve that victory by learning more skills at Aeropostale.
4.How many hours do you normally work?
5. Do you have transportation?
6. What do you hope to get out of working here?
7.Describe a difficult work situation / project and how you overcame it.
8.Describe a difficult work situation / project and how you overcame it.
9.WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU? (Caps because they will more than likely ask you this question)
10. What would you do if a customer was giving you a hard time?
11. What would you do in this situation?
Keep calm–and focused on the questions–but practice these questions and answers with parents, friends, siblings and have them throw random questions at you as well.
I’ve heard that they do interviews in groups and pick from there. Just focus on answering positively, and give your answers; don’t copy what someone else has said.
A well prepared interviewer shows determination, and that is what they are looking for.

well is it a group or individual interview? i work retail, when we interview we put people in a group and see who stands out, and communicate with a customer easily. in a one on one the manager might ask you the same question a couple of times in different wording, so catch on to that, try to answer the with the same response each time. good luck!

except mine has light blue stripes. What could I wear with it for my interview at Aero? I was told, “Wear what you would to your first day of work at Aero.”
How are you supposed to wear a shirt like that? Buttoned or open? With a shirt underneith? Sleeves rolled, buttoned, or unbuttoned?

put an undwershirt under it. roll the sleeves to your elbow. and jeans….with flip flops. and button it. only to the second to last button to the top.
