Why do you want to be a nurse.
have you decided on what field of nursing you would like to be on.
What are you strengths….Time management, organization, caring, people skills, independent, leader.
Weaknesses… trying to do it all, need to improve on asking and getting help with completing.
Your education goals
Life experiences that make you a good nurse.
Questions for them:
What is their new nurse philosphy, training, etc.
Mission statement
and how do they work on continuous improvement and feedback from employees

I believe this is a downer on a few of my interviews. It always comes to this question and I tell them I’ll get back to them, when they come back to it I can’t come up with an answer. I don’t want to give them nothing, but at the same time I don’t want to tell them “Cheesecake”,,, Any help?

When my manager asked me my weakness I told him I don’t like to use the word weakness. I try my very best and if there is something that I need to improve on, once it is brought to my attention and I will fix it and do it right. So, I don’t like to say I have weaknesses because I am more than willing to learn and improve.
He was really impressed with that answer.

The key is to stay positive during the interview process. They are looking to hire cheerleaders so better be a cheerleader.

I have already found some type of samples from monster.ca.I need more.Please help me guys.

“What do you plan on paying your best candidate”
“I’m sure when the time comes in the interview process we can determine a good compensation package”
“The Salary range would be based on the scope of the job responsibilities and I would hope that it would be commensurate with the market value of the position for your company.”
“What is the salary range for the position with your firm?”
“Does this position offer incentive earnings opportunities or potential?”
Salary questions typically only come up if you are a serious candidate or the final selection so that is a good sign for you.
