Question by blaze209: How long does it take for a background check to come back after a job interview?
Im a college student, I recently had a interview with Ross stores. She liked me and offered me a conditional job offer and asked if i would accept. I said yes. She said shes going to submit the background check then call me after she has gotten it back. I had the interview about 7 days ago. How long does it take? before this i worked at KOHLS and i remember it took them 2 weeks for them to call me back.
