1.) Tell me about yourself?
Explain a little bit about who you are: where you are from, how long you’ve been here, why you would be a good fit for this job (education, etc) and any pertinent interests you may have.
2.) What is your greatest strength/greatest weakness?
Be sure this is relevant to the job. Are you a good motivator? Organizer? Hard worker? Self-starter? Very outgoing? What? Why should they hire you?
3.) Describe a stressful situation and how you handled it?
Let them know who they are hiring. Tell how you handled something well. Make sure it is fairly recent.

Thanks for reading and helping me
I know this is a job for me, but I am nervous that I won’t get to actually show them my skills because of a bad interview.
This is 911 dispatcher, what questions can I ask about the job at the end of the interview?
If they ask, why do you want to join us, What are some good reasons to tell them?
If I am asked what my weaknesses are. What are some good answers that are weakness, but actually will sound good too?
Best answer:
Answer by Bozema
Ask about the type of training you will receive, what types of shifts you will work, ask what a typical work day looks like.
If they ask why you want the job, answer honestly. It sounds like you want a job that helps people – this would be a good answer.
The weakness answer you will have to work on on your own. Without knowing you, it’s hard to answer.
What do you think? Answer below!
Question by T24: What is the best way to answer these job interview questions?
What is your greatest strength?
What is your greatest weakness?
Why do you want to work at (This Company)?
What kind of salary are you looking for?
Whats the best way to answer these questions? Can anyone help?
Best answer:
Answer by logical1
Greatest strength: pick something that you are good at (writing, working on a team, getting a project finished, whatever) and give an example of when you used that skill.
Greatest weakness: pick something that you want to improve with (ex: balancing many tasks, learning to use some software) and talk about your plan to improve it. Or talk about a situation where it actually benefited you. (Ex: you led a team and were overwhelmed by things to do and learned that it was very important to delegate and now you make sure you are delegating and also supporting other people with their tasks.)
Why do you want to work for the company?: pick something you have heard that is good about the company (not pay or benefits), example–very interesting xyz projects to work on
What kind of salary are you looking for: figure out beforehand approximately what the salary for the job you are interviewing for is. Then mention that range. Or say that you earned xyz amount/year in xyz job but that you understand that it varies by company and by geographical region and are willing to discuss salary later in the hiring process.
