I got a call from a local hospital to meet with human resources for a job interview where i had to take a data entry test which i did well on and then the actual interview. I thought that the interview went well and she asked me if i had time to meet with the supervisor of the lab that i would be working at if i did get the job. I met with her and had another interview which seemed to go well also. This all happened on a friday and then i got a call from human resources asking if i was able to go for an interview with the head of the lab at the hospital and i went wednesday and she also seemed to like me. What is the time frame where i would be offered the job? I know i have been hardly waiting but im trying to look for a timeline if anyone cal help.

Give it a few more days. You already made it all the way up to the 4th interview. Try to have a good (a relaxing) weekend. Don’t sit in front of the phone.

I am a government contractor who has been offered a position on October 1st by the head of one of the government projects at this aviation company. I called 2 weeks later to follow up on the status of this job and he said the paperwork was submitted a week ago to corporate for approval and the only thing we can do is wait for the approval so an offer letter can be issued to me. Well, it’s been 3 weeks already and I’m still waiting for some word on this job, so it’s leaving me to wonder what this approval generally consists of, how long would it take to get things approved, and would I even be notified if things went thru or not? I’ve pondered calling this person again, but I get the feeling I’ll get the same response, to wait. If anyone can enlighten me, any info is appreciated. Thx

Im looking at the time line on the website but it stops after the interview. So what does this mean after the interview you good to go. Like Ok your cool here’s Your visa . How long after the interview is left then?

Usually it will takes less than a week for your passport to be stamped with the visa (passport is left at the consulate/embassy) and returned to you via delivery service (UPS, Fedex, etc.)..

I applied at a local Hastings for a job as a burista. 2 Days later he gave me a call and we set up a an interview, I think the interview went well and we discussed much like salaries and if I’d be taking off for the summer or spring break. 2 days after that he called me in for a drug test which I took almost immediately it’s been 4 days now and I haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s also important to note there’s no way I could’ve failed the drug test seeing as I haven’t touched anything in 5+years.
Just wondering if I should give them a call to check up on it, or just play it cool and wait.
