Question by usually confused: The best way to describe a weakness and strenght in a job interview?
I’m going in to an interview in a few hours, for a western wear sorta place, and I usually troubled by the dreaded what is your greatest weakness question, along with strength…..
i have no idea how to answer it
maybe put how u would answer it and itll help me

You want to look at you from the perspective of your employeer and try to see what they might see as a strength or weakenss. When discussing weaknesses however, I would always figure out some way to spin it in the right light. For instance, I lose track of time easily and always go over with my clients. That is my weakness, I would say in the next breath however, I do keep a small clock that I can glance at to keep me from losing track of time.
THis way they know that you know it is a weakness but, are doing something about it.

strengths can be everythign and anything…that’s an easy one…but i always had troulbe with weaknesses and I learn a good one the other day…’being a perfectionist’ it’s positive but at the same time negative so you are not saying anythign bad about urself

For a retail interview I’m pretty sure I will be asked about my greatest strength and weakness. For strength I’m going to say it’s my ability to communicate effectively and for weakness I’m going to say that I had an eye for design but always had trouble laying it out on paper but taking an art class helped me overcome that issue. (I’m going to mention that I love creativity when she asks about me) so are those strong enough answers? Or is the art part completely irrelevant for a job like this?

Many interviewers now hide this type of question inside a behavioral question. For example, they will ask “tell me about a time that you were able to overcome a specific challenge and how you did it” or they may ask “tell me about a time that you struggled with something”. They will be looking for a specific answer in the form of:
– Situation
– Task
– Action
– Result
You can also tell them that you have worked on completing training on your own. There are a number of web sites that offe retail training. www.retailertrainingservices.com is one. They even hae a free one!

It can be many things, but one possibility is a pulmonary embolism, which is usually caused a by clot in the leg (DVT) breaking off and travelling up to the lung. If the patient has had any leg pain or swelling then this would add weight to this possibility. Whatever it is though I would get it checked ASAP, in case it us something life-threatening.
