all the spartans of sparta where put to work as soldiers, which created a strong military, while the slave helots and non citizen perioikoi where at work keeping the city run properly. the main weakness of sparta was that none of the spartans where trained in anything besides militarism, and also that the helots outnumbered the spartans by 80%(not good, since the helots despised their captors the spartans)
strength: disciplined, gigantic military
weakness: no skills besides militarism, largely outnumbered by slaves

I believe this is a downer on a few of my interviews. It always comes to this question and I tell them I’ll get back to them, when they come back to it I can’t come up with an answer. I don’t want to give them nothing, but at the same time I don’t want to tell them “Cheesecake”,,, Any help?

When my manager asked me my weakness I told him I don’t like to use the word weakness. I try my very best and if there is something that I need to improve on, once it is brought to my attention and I will fix it and do it right. So, I don’t like to say I have weaknesses because I am more than willing to learn and improve.
He was really impressed with that answer.

I have an interview this morning & its a first. More than likely the interviewer will ask what are some of your weaknesses? My answer : I used to have trouble interacting with the customers and being open but I’ve become better. This is for a pharmacy technician position. Is this a good answer or should I say something totally different. ect. Help! Thanks for the help.
